Our best fibre for our premium carbon rods. The fibres used for these rods are short, thin and tightly woven together. The fibres are rolled in multiple layers creating a rod which is light, fast
and sensitive.
An excellent carbon which offers lightness and speed. The fibres are kept short combined with modern resin binding the layers together for a crisp action. The weight is kept low and the rods using CT fibres will give you great casting performance.
These fibres are mixed between glass fibres and carbon fibres. The rods using CL fibres are excellent fishing rods with a more parabolic action due to less stiffness and thicker fibres. You get a lot of modern fibres in a fishing rod for little money.
Probably the toughest fibres on the market. Fibre glass combined with epoxy creates strong rods. Almost unbreakable. The fibres are thick and fairly soft, but you get a really great rod for fighting the fish. Due to the toughness of these rods you can fight even big fish on light rods. Great fun.
Fibre glass never goes out of fashion. A very though material, not very elegant, not very sophisticated but a fibre which should be considered as a real work horse. Value for money!
All Kinetic rods have an individually designed rod action to perfectly meet the requirements of a specific angling application:
Extra fast:
The blank will bend in the upper third of the tip section. Further down the blank is much stiffer, with a strong backbone.
Fast:
Half the tip section of the blank bends. The butt section offers a lot of power.
Medium fast:
The rod bends from its tip nearly down to the middle of the blank. The butt section offers a lot of power.
Medium:
The rod bends from its tip all the way down to the middle of the blank. The butt section offers a solid backbone.
Slow medium:
The blank bends from its tip all the way down to just above the handle section.
Slow:
The entire blank evenly bends from its tip down to the handle and is relatively soft.
